World
Legacies introduces a plethora of new biomes, structures and much more. Whilst not feasible to cover them all here, there's at least some documentation.
Overworld
Do note that whilst pretty much every vanilla biome has seen either major or minor additions (new blocks, mobs, etc - they will not all be covered here). This section specifically focuses on a few of the larger biome overhauls and new biomes, however will absolutely not include all new biome content added in Legacies, not by a long shot.

Cypress Wetlands
- a new swamp-like biome with tall cypress trees
Mesoglea Caves
- a new cave biome found beneath oceans
Oasis
- a variant of the desert, featuring palm trees and lush patches of grass
Flower Field
- a variant of the flower forest, full of flowers and mooblooms
Snowy Old Growth Pine Taiga
- a snowy variant of the Old Growth Pine Taiga
Rainforest
- a lush variant of forests found near Jungles
Dying Forest
- a dying version of the forest found near snowy biomes. Music will become distorted in Dying Forests
Magmatic Caves
- a treacherous cave biome filled with gabbro, lava and geysers, alongside the new Scorched spider variant. Watch your step!

Frozen Caves
- a frosty cave biome found beneath snowy areas, filled with ice, fragile ice and icicles
Maple Forest
- a cold forest full of tall Maple Trees and their fallen leaf litters
- one of my personal favourites
Tundra
- a colder variant of the plains found adjacent to Maple Forests
Wooded Meadow
- a forested version of the Meadow, filled with fir trees
Swamp Overhaul
- overhauled with Willow Trees, Swamp Hut variants and fireflies
Savanna Overhaul
- overhauled with Baobab Trees and Termites

Dungeon Overhaul
- completely overhauled into a far more varied and interesting structure, with a plethora of new items, such as the incredible Boomerang
